Home Care

When you join our team, we provide you with completely free carer training at our head office in Bradford. This training will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to be the best carer you can be. Once you are carefully matched with a customer, you’ll be ready to make a huge difference in someone’s life.

As a valued member of our team, you’ll benefit from flexible work arrangements with regular breaks and time off between placements. We offer competitive pay of up to GBP 500 per week, ensuring that your hard work is rewarded. Field Care Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Field Care Supervisor to support our management team in the Bradford area. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering our high-quality services. Joining an award-winning national care provider, you’ll work alongside an experienced team of care professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting our carers in the community. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our customers receive excellent quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our care team to provide guidance, training, and supervision, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met.

We are looking for individuals who ideally have experience as a Carer or Senior Carer/Team Leader in a domiciliary care setting. Holding a care-related qualification such as NVQ/QCF Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care is desirable, but not strictly necessary if you are committed to personal learning and development. As a Field Care Supervisor, you should be an excellent team player with the ability to use your own initiative and work unsupervised. Confidence, outgoing personality, and the ability to deliver training to a group of people are also essential. You will have responsibility for overseeing medication support and maintaining accurate records.
